Sense of crisis in college managment in the context of social harmony

近年来,众多的校园危机事例促使国内学者和高校管理者开始研究高校危机的管理,而我国建设和谐社会目标的提出,更是将提高高校危机管理能力提上了议事日程。对高校危机的内涵、特征、成因进行了系统考察,分析了构建高校危机管理体系对建设和谐社会的重大意义,最后提出了高校危机管理的对策。

Numerous campus crises enable college managers to realize the sense of crisis. The construction of social harmony brings about the crisis management to the agenda of college management. That also improves the sense of crisis in the high school management. This paper studies the nature, feature, and causes to the crisis and puts forward with strategies.
