摘要
本文通过分析中国—东盟自由贸易区创业需求,提出复合型创业人才的培养目标、培养对象、培养阶段、培养内容、教育实施者、实施途径,通过构建集结式培养模型,阐述这些要素之间的相关关系。
Through the analysis on the entrepreneurial demand of CAFTA, the author puts forward the educational target, object, stages, content, educators, and educational methods of Inter -disciplinary entrepreneurial talents. By building the Complex Model of inter-disciplinary entrepreneurial talent＇s education to illustrate the connection of these factors.
