中越边境跨国婚姻的实例分析——以广西A县的调查为例

An Analysis of Concrete Example on China-Vietnam Cross-border Marriages——Taking A County in Guangxi as A Case Study

自1991年中越关系正常化以来,两国边民交往不断增加,边境地区跨国婚姻的数量也逐年上升,本文从越南女性嫁入中国的原因、越南新娘的生活现状及中越双方处理两国跨国婚姻的法律法规几个方面进行分析,并就相关问题的解决提出建议。

Since the normalization of Sino-Vietnam relations in 1991, the exchanges between the two countries in the border areas increased, so did the number of international marriages, more and more Vietnamese girls married into China. In this paper, some aspects, such as the reasons for Vietnamese women married into China, their living situation and the laws and regulations to handle the bilateral cross-border marriages are explored, and finally the views to solve these related issues will be put forward.
