西药联合子午捣臼针刺天枢大肠腧穴法治疗肠易激综合征临床探讨

Discussion of the Therapeutic Effect of Western Medicine Association with Zi-Wu Dao-jiu Needling Tianshu and Dachangshu on Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的:探讨子午捣臼法针刺天枢、大肠腧穴治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:将48例肠易激综合征的患者随机分为2组,治疗组24例采用培菲康胶囊、谷维素两种西药联合子午捣臼法针刺天枢、大肠腧穴治疗,对照组24例仅采用两种西药治疗,疗程均为2个疗程。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为95.9%,对照组临床总有效率为75%。治疗组治疗率明显高于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:子午捣臼法针刺天枢、大肠腧穴治疗肠易激综合征临床疗效满意,值得推广。

Objective： To discuss the therapeutic effect of western medicine association with Zi-Wu Dao-jiu needling Tianshu and Dachangshu on irritable bowel syndrome.Method：48 patients with irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.24 patients were treated with Peifeikang capsule and Guweisu association with Zi-Wu Dao-jiu needling Tianshu and Dachangshu;24 patients were treated with only Peifeikang capsule and Guweisu,lasted for 2 treatment courses in both groups.Result：The total effective rate were 95.9% in treatment group,compared with 75% in control group,there was obvious difference between the groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Zi-Wu Dao-jiu needling Tianshu and Dachangshu is effective in the irritable bowel syndrome.It is worth to application and promotion.
