亚急性硬膜外血肿微创治疗的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Sub-acute Extradural Hematoma with Minimally Invasive Surgery

目的:分析探讨硬膜外血肿的临床特点及微创治疗亚急性硬膜外血肿手术治疗方法和适应症。方法:对我科2008年3月至2010年9月收治的56例亚急性硬膜外血肿患者,行微创手术治疗后,对微创手术的疗效进行总结分析。结果:所有行微创手术的患者临床症状均减轻出院,出院时46例患者血肿完全消失,10例患者残留薄层血肿,出院后随访6个月,无复发病例。结论:微创钻孔血肿清除术治疗硬膜外血肿具有创伤小、疗效好、患者易接受等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To study the clinical feature of epidural hematoma and the treatment of it.Method： The clinical datas of 56 cases with trephination sub-acute epidural hematoma were analyzed in our hospital from Mar.2008 to Sep.2010.Result： All the patients were cured,the effect of treatment showed that 46 cases hematoma were completely disappeared,10 cases were residual thin hematoma.All the patients were followed up for 6 months,and there were no recurrence.Conclusion： This minimally invasive surgery is with less trauma and better efficacy,It is worthy of clinical application.
