靶点射频热凝技术结合臭氧治疗颈椎间盘突出症临床疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨靶点射频热凝技术结合臭氧治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2009年2月至2010年2月我们治疗的76例颈椎间盘突出症患者,随机选取38例患者以靶点射频热凝技术治疗做为对照组,随机选取38例患者以靶点射频热凝技术结合臭氧治疗做为观察组,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果:对照组治疗效果以优、良、差、无效为等级分别为16、7、10、5,在总病例数中的构成比分别为42.11%、18.42%、26.32%、13.16%。而观察组治疗效果以优、良、差、无效为等级分别为21、10、6、2,在总病例数中的构成比分别为55.26%、26.32%、13.16%、5.26%。观察组治疗效果的达优率为55.26%,总有效率为81.58%,明显高于对照组。结论:靶点射频热凝结合臭氧注射术对于治疗颈椎间盘突出症具有重要的现实意义,也具有很好的推广价值。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of target radiofrequency technology combined with ozone treatment of cervical disc herniation.Method: From February 2009 to February 2010,We treated 76 patients with cervical disc herniation,38 patients were randomly selected to target radiofrequency in the treatment as the control group,38 patients were randomly selected to target RF fuser technology combined with ozone treatment as the observation group,two groups of patients in clinical treatment were analyzed.Result: In control group,the excellent,good,bad,invalid cases were 16,7,10,5,the total number of cases in the composition of the ratios were 42.11%,18.42%,26.32%,13.16%.The observation group,the excellent,good,bad,invalid cases were 21,10,6,2,the total number of cases in the composition of the ratios were 55.26%,26.32%,13.16%,5.26%.Observed treatment effect of group was 55.26% excellent,with a total effective rate was 81.58%,significantly higher.Conclusion:The combination of radiofrequency target and ozone injection technique for the treatment of cervical disc herniation has important practical significance,also has a very good promotional value.
