摘要
根据希尔伯特黄变换(Hilbert-Huang Transform,HHT)原理对虚拟仪器设计软件—LabVIEW进行二次开发,实现HHT方法,并设计基于HHT的虚拟信号分析仪。利用Bently RK-4转子试验台模拟汽轮机转子局部碰摩及油膜涡动故障,并将虚拟信号分析仪运用到对该转子的故障诊断中。通过对转子局部碰摩及油膜涡动故障特征的分析并结合虚拟信号分析仪的分析结果,验证了基于HHT的虚拟信号分析仪可以有效地提取旋转机械故障信息。
According to the principle of Hilbert-Huang Transform (HHT), the virtual instrument design platform-LabVIEW has been secondary developed to realize the HHT method and then the virtual signal analyzer based on HHT was designed. By using the Bently RK -4 rotor test rig, local rubbing and oil whirl fault of steam turbine rotor was simulated and the virtual signal analyzer was used to the fault diagnosis. Combined the fault features of local rubbing and oil whirl with the analysis results resulted by the virtual signal analyzer, the efficiency of this analyzer based on HHT extracting fault informations has been proved.
