血浆网膜素和Apelin与代谢综合征关系的研究

摘要 目的:通过观察代谢综合征(MS)患者血浆Apelin和网膜素水平,探讨该两种物质与MS的关系。方法:按2005年国际糖尿病联盟(IDF)代谢综合征诊断标准入选MS患者64例(MS组),同期入选健康者45例作为正常对照组。所有受检者均采集血压、人体质量指数(BMI)、吸烟史、家族史等信息。并抽取空腹静脉血测量血糖,血脂,肝、肾功能。采用酶联免疫分析法测定血浆Apelin和网膜素含量。结果:(1)两组研究对象一般指标中,年龄、性别比例、身高均无显著性差异(P>0.05);MS组患者腹围、体重、BMI、血压、空腹血糖、血脂水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05~0.01);(2)两组血浆Apelin水平无显著差别[(1.05±0.60)ng/ml比(0.90±0.31)ng/ml,P>0.05];MS组血浆网膜素水平较正常对照组明显降低[(31.73±24.66)ng/ml比(46.83±21.83)ng/ml,P<0.001];(3)相关性分析显示:血浆Apelin水平与空腹血糖呈负相关(r=-0.5852,P<0.05);血浆网膜素水平与体重呈负相关(r=-0.6079,P<0.05),血浆Apelin水平与网膜素水平呈负相关(r=-0.3354,P=0.024)。结论:网膜素和Apelin可能参与代谢综合征的某些代谢过程。 Objective:To study the relationship among omentin,apelin and metabolic syndrome(MS) by observing plasma levels of both in MS patients.Methods:According to the 2005 international diabetes federation(IDF) criteria for MS diagnosis,a total of 64 MS patients(MS group) were enrolled,and another 45 healthy people were enrolled as normal control group at the same time.Blood pressure,body mass index(BMI),smoking history and family history were collected in all subjects.And blood glucose,blood lipid,hepatic and renal function were measured.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to measured plasma concentrations of omentin and apelin.Results:(1) Age,sex ratio and height showed no significant difference between the two groups(P〉0.05);weight,circumference,BMI,levels of blood pressure,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),blood lipid in MS group were significantly higher than those of normal control group(P〈0.05~〈0.01);(2) There was no significant difference in plasma apelin level [(1.05±0.60)ng/ml vs.(0.90±0.31)ng/ml,P〉0.05] between the two groups;plasma level of omentin in MS group significantly decreased compared with that of normal control group [(31.73±24.66) ng/ml vs.(46.83±21.83) ng/ml,P〈0.001];(3) Relative analysis showed that plasma level of apelin was positively correlated with FPG(r=0.5852,P〈0.05);Plasma level of omentin was negatively correlated with weight(r=0.6079,P〈0.05),plasma level of omentin was negatively correlated with level of apelin(r=-0.3354,P=0.024).Conclusion:Apelin and omentin may take part in certain metabolism course in metabolic syndrome.
