腹型肥胖患者腹内脂肪厚度与臂踝脉搏波传导速度的相关性 被引量:6

Relationship between visceral fat thickness and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity in patients with central obesity

摘要 目的:探讨腹型肥胖患者腹内脂肪厚度(VFT)与臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)的相关性。方法:选择我院2010年10月~2011年1月体检中心腹型肥胖患者107例(腹型肥胖组),入选患者均测定baPWV以及腰围,以超声测量VFT,同时选择年龄、性别相匹配的健康人98例作为健康对照组。比较两组baPWV以及分析腹型肥胖患者VFT和baPWV的相关性。结果:与健康对照组比较,腹型肥胖组腰围[(80.32±8.54)cm比(95.79±10.59)cm,P<0.05]、VFT[(31.36±9.72)mm比(53.71±11.42)mm,P<0.001]明显增加,baPWV明显增速[(1373.19±128.91)cm/s比(1539.17±158.79)cm/s,P<0.001];控制甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、年龄等相关因素,腹型肥胖组VFT与baPWV呈正相关(偏相关系数r=0.47,P=0.027)。结论:腹内脂肪是腹型肥胖患者动脉弹性减退的独立危险因素,早期予以血管保护,可能会延缓血管重塑,对改善预后有重要意义。 Objective:To explore the relationship between visceral fat thickness(VFT) and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV) in patients with central obesity.Methods:A total of 107 patients with central obesity(central obesity group) were enrolled from our medical examination center,October 2010 to January 2011.The baPWV and waist circumference were measured and VFT was measured by echocardiography in all subjects.Another 98 healthy people with corresponding age and gender were involved as healthy control group.baPWV of the two groups were compared and relationship between VFT and baPWV in patients with central obesity was analyzed.Results:Compared with healthy control group,there were significant increase in waist circumference [(80.32±8.54) cm vs.(95.79±10.59) cm,P〈0.05],VFT [(31.36±9.72) mm vs.(53.71±11.42) mm,P〈0.001] and baPWV [(1373.19±128.91) cm/s vs.(1539.17±158.79) cm/s,P〈0.001] in central obesity group;VFT was positively correlated with baPWV in central obesity group(r=0.47,P=0.027) independent from relative factors such as triglyceride,low density lipoprotein and age.Conclusion:Visceral fat is an independent risk factor for decrease of artery elasticity in patients with central obesity.Protection of vessels in early period may delay revascularization and possesses important significance in improvement of prognosis.
