冠脉旁路移植术后桥血管闭塞经皮介入开通原冠脉14例探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的:评价于冠状动脉旁路移植术后桥血管闭塞患者经皮介入治疗开通原冠状动脉的临床疗效和安全性。方法:回顾性分析2005年1月~2009年12月期间我院14例冠状动脉旁路移植术后桥血管闭塞,经皮介入治疗开通原冠状动脉患者的资料,结果成功12例(85.7%),2例失败。随访包括死亡,心肌梗死,脑卒中和再次血运重建等主要不良心脑血管事件(MACCE)。结果:随访时间6~12个月,无患者发生MACCE,3例复发心绞痛。结论:在冠状动脉旁路移植手术桥血管闭塞后,通过介入的方法开通原冠状动脉,操作相对简单,疗效可靠,并发症少。 Objective:To evaluate the safety and clinical efficacy of opening original infarcted-related coronary artery by percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in patients with bridge vascular occlusion following coronary artery bypass graft surgery(CABG).Methods:A total of 14 patients with bridge vascular occlusion following CABG undergoing PCI for opening original infarcted-related artery from January 2005 to December 2009 were retrospectively enrolled.The PCI was succeeded in 12 patients(85.7%) and failed in two patients.Follow up main adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events(MACCE) such as death,myocardial infarction,stroke and repeated revascularization.Results:During 6-12 months follow up period,incidence rate of MACCE was zero and only three patients recurred angina pectoris.Conclusion:After bridge vascular occlusion following coronary artery bypass graft surgery,it's relative easy,effective and of less complications to open original infarcted-related coronary artery by percutaneous coronary intervention.
