摘要
以甲醛、丙酮、亚硫酸钠为原料合成脂肪族高效减水剂,使用正交试验研究原料配比对流动度的影响,使用红外光谱对产品进行结构表征,提出了高分子骨架的形成机制。
Using formaldehyde,acetone and sodium sulfite as raw material,aliphatic superplasticizer was synthesized.The influence on the fluidity of the reactant ratio was investigated by the orthogonal experiments,the products were characterized by FT-IR spectrum,and the formation mechanism of the molecular skeleton was proposed.
