注水井调剖用网络互穿凝胶的研制 被引量:2

摘要 为满足注水井调剖的需要,研制了网络互穿凝胶,考察了钠基膨润土粒径、种类、加量等对成胶时间和成胶强度的影响,得出网络互穿凝胶最佳用量:部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)3g.L-1;有机铬交联剂3g.L-1;325目钠基膨润土10~20g.L-1;在32~90℃时均可成胶,凝胶强度大。在扶余采油厂二个区块的注水井调剖取得了较好的效果。 The stereonet interpenetrating gel was studied for content with profile in injection wells.The effect of the size,sort and dosage of sodium bentonite to gelatinization time and strength were studied.The best dosage of stereonet interpenetrating gel was obtained as follows:The partial hydrolysis HPAM is 3g·L-1;organo-chromium crosslinking agent 3g·L-1;325 sodium bentonite10~20g·L-1.The gelatinization strength is high under 32~90℃.The good effects were obtained in application in Fuyu Oil Extraction Plant.
