急性脑梗死的动脉内超选择溶栓治疗临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价动脉内超选择应用尿激酶(UK)溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及其安全性。方法:选择急性脑梗死患者127例,62例纳入动脉溶栓组,行全脑血管造影找到闭塞的责任血管,经临床评估后动脉内超选择应用UK药物溶栓治疗;65例纳入对照组,行常规治疗。结果:对于NIHSS评分≥10分的中度急性脑梗死患者,动脉内应用尿激酶溶栓明显有效,且相对安全。对于NIHSS评分<10分的轻度急性脑梗死患者,无论溶栓与否,大多数的患者临床疗效均较好。结论:急性脑梗死(NIHSS评分≥10分)的超早期动脉内超选择溶栓是安全有效的,UK是相对安全的溶栓药物。
