经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折 被引量:3

摘要 目的:通过总结分析经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法:采用球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者17例22个椎体。采用VAS评分及患者主观满意度评估疗效。结果:球囊扩张椎体成形术前17例患者VAS评分平均为7.2分,术后24 h下降为3.0分,最后随访时间为2.6分。其中2例患者的VAS评分3例降低≥4分,4例≥3分,9例≥2分,1例≥1分。结论:经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体成形术对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折可迅速缓解疼痛,安全有效、方法简单,可迅速缓解疼痛,值得推广。
