摘要
通过分析使用SP9T天线开关实现WCDMA- GSM双模七频段的典型手机射频电路,提出了一种采用SP4T天线开关的简化设计方案。该设计在保证性能的前提下,极大地降低了成本和器件面积。测试结果表明,该方案各项射频指标,包括发射功率、灵敏度、PVT、频率误差、相位误差、调制频谱和开关频谱等,全部符合3GPP的通信标准,完全能够实现WCDMA和GSM两种移动通信制式的7个频段的通信能力。该方案已成功应用于实际的手机产品当中。
This paper introduces a simplified design of RF circuits of WCDMA_ GSM dual-mode seven-band mo- bile phone based on the SP4T antenna switch through analysing the typical architecture by SP9T antenna switch. This design reduces the cost and components area greatly and also promises the performance. Test result shows all RF performances of this design including transmit power, sensitivity, PVT, frequency error, phase error, modulation spectrum and switching spectrum are consistent with the 3GPP communication standard, and the de- sign can realize WCDMA and GSM seven bands communication. This design has been successfully applied in mobile phone development.
