不同居群无患子果实组成比较研究

Study on Contents of Sapindus mulorossi Seeds from Different Areas

无患子是一种广泛分布于我国南方的乔木,本文针对不同居群无患子全果的物理组成、种仁油脂及氨基酸组成等方面进行比较研究。福建无患子种仁含油率最高,达到42.8%;四川无患子种子含油率最高,达到13.7%。无患子油脂的脂肪酸碳链长度为C16-C24,其中C16-C20的脂肪酸均占92%以上,不饱和脂肪酸79%-85%。种仁氨基酸种类丰富,三个居群在谷氨酸含量存在明显差异,其他氨基酸含量差异不明显。无患子是一种有很高利用价值的可开发资源。

Sapindus mulorossi is widely distributed in south China.In this paper,physical contents of Sapindus mulorossi,fatty acid composition of the seed oil and the amion acid composition of the kernels of Sapindus mulorossi from different areas are mainly discussed.The results showed that the fatty oil of Fujian kernel is 42.8%,and the fatty oil of Sichuan seed is 13.7%.The carbon chain length of fatty acids of the seed oil of Sapindus mulorossi is C16-C24,in which fatty acids of C16-C20 take above 92%,the relative contents of unsaturated fatty acids are ranged from 79% to 85%.The differences in glutamic content from the 3 varieties are notable,and the differences in other amino acids contents are not abvious.Sapindus mulorossi is an exploitable source abundant in amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids with high utilization value.
