摘要
简要介绍了修光刃的基本概念及其功用,提出了将修光刃技术应用于金属切削刀具,以改善切削性能和提高生产效率。通过对修光刃形状结构进行分析和修光刃刀片与标准刀片在表面加工质量、切削应力、切屑处理及应用分析等方面进行比较,总结了一些正确应用修光刃技术以及正确选用修光刃刀片的意见和方法。为提高产品的表面加工质量和改善切削机理提供了一些可行的实施措施,从而满足产品的加工需求。学会灵活应用修光刃技术对提高刀具的使用性能有很大的帮助,在实际生产中有十分现实的意义。
This study briefly introduced the basic concept of wiper, and put forward that its function will be applied to metal cutting tool to improve the cutting performance and improve production efficiency. Through fix wiper shape structure analysis and practice with the standard wiper cutting in surface processing quality, cutting stress, chip processing and application analysis by comparison, summarized some correctly usage repairing techniques and the correct choice of wiper of repair wiper blade ideas and methods. In order to improve the producfs surface processing quality and improve cutting mechanism, provides some feasibility implementing measures, which meet the product processing demand. The author thinks that improving technical fix wiper cutting application performance is of great help in practical production, and has very realistic significance.
