摘要
许多设备方舱均有野外作业要求,此时对舱内设备进行长时间持续供电是必要的。因此,在总体设计时可以考虑在方舱前部增加1个油机隔舱,隔舱内安装2台柴油发电机组,用于持续的供电。但柴油机工作时发热量和噪声都较大,在设计过程中必须考虑一定的降温降噪措施,本文主要从油机舱的通风、散热、降噪、减振等方面,介绍了一些方舱内柴油机组的设计思路和计算方法。
Many equipment shelters have requirements of field working, which makes longtime power supply for the equipment become necessary. We can design one extra generator compartment at the front of shelter with two generators in side for continuous power supply. Because of the large thermal power and noise of generators, it's necessary to take measures to reduce temperature and noise. This paper introduced design threads and calculation methods of diesel generator set inside the shelter from aspects of ventilation, radiating, denoising and damping.
