摘要
为了提高抛放弹弹射系统设计的可靠性和直观性,快速有效地分析原始数据改变对系统基本特性的影响,实现对计算过程的引导和控制。应用VB、AutoCAD混合编程技巧建立了抛放弹弹射系统运动学和动力学仿真系统,对抛放弹弹射系统动态仿真策略和数据库管理运行方式进行了探讨,设计了抛防弹弹射可视化系统。其功能包括实时显示作动筒分离过程,动态同步显示燃烧室、导气管和活塞腔等压力变化曲线,以及多视点观察等,并进行仿真试验。结果表明,系统能方便地判断抛放弹弹射系统的运动规律、运动特性是否满足给定战技要求,并能为抛放弹弹射其他同类型悬挂物进行预测提供依据。
To improve the designing reliability and intuitive of the blank cartridge ejection system, analyze the basic performance of the system quickly and efficiently with the changes of raw data and realized guidance and control calculation process. The kinematics and dynamic simulation for the blank cartridge ejection system was established based on the mixture of Visual Basic and AutoCAD. Dynamic simulation strategy and database management operation mode was explored and discussed. The paper designed and implemented the system of visual simulation which includes the cylinder separation process visualization real--time, the pressure curve change of the combustion chamber, airway and piston chamber dynamic synchronously and view point controlling. The simulation results showed that the system can determine whether the motion law of ejection system and movement characteristics satisfy the requirements of a given combat skills easily. Cartridge ejection for throwing the other to predict the same type of hangings provides the basis for models without the need to increase or decrease as much as possible.
