摘要
基于动量定理、体积功耗学说、弹性力学和断裂力学理论,探讨了机械法制备超细粉的机理,认为颗粒粉碎是内生裂纹失稳扩展的结果,内生裂纹长度随颗粒尺寸减小而减小,推导出冲击碰撞速度与碰撞前颗粒内生裂纹长度之间的关系,得到了颗粒粉碎的最小速度。
Based on the theory of momentum, volume work loss, elastic mechanics and fracture mechanics,the mechanism of mechanical method about preparation ultra-fine powder was studied deeply in this paper. It is considered that comminution was resulted from the unstable development of primary crack in particle,and the length of inner crack decreased with decreasing the particle size. The relation formula between the impact velocity and the inner crack length before impact was deduced and the minimum crack velocity of granule was obtained.
