摘要
弧面分度凸轮机构在各种自动机和自动生产线上逐步替代传统分度机构,但弧面分度凸轮廓面为一空间不可展开旋面,制约了弧面凸轮的高效、大批量生产,并成为弧面凸轮批量生产的瓶颈。本文提出采用提高弧面分度凸轮性能、改善其工艺性、降低成本的净形或近似净形等温锻成型工艺的毛坯替代传统棒料毛坯工艺方案。
Globoid cams is substituting the traditional indexing mechanism step by step on various kinds automatic production line, the contour surface of globoid cams is complicated dimensional surface, it is restricted in efficient and high-- volume manufacture and turn into bottleneck of globoid cams can be produced in efficiency and high--volume. In this paper, the process plan of traditional bar roughcast was restricted by the isothermal extrusion technique to increase capability of globoid cams, improve its process and reduce costs.
