高校学困生转化探析——以宿迁学院经贸系为例

高校学困生的教育转化问题一直是学生工作的重点和难点,因此高校学困生形成的原因颇受关注。作好高校学困生的教育转化工作,实现全体学生的全面发展与共同进步,无论对高等教育和学生本身,还是对整个国家、社会、民族发展都具有重要意义。从分析高校学困生产生的原因入手,结合宿迁学院经贸系学困生实际,以点带面,就如何转化学困生提出具体应坚持的原则与相关方向改革的建议,以期进一步提高高校的学生培养质量。

The educational transformation of university students with learning difficulties has always been an important and difficult aspect of student work, so the masons for the learning difficulties arouse wide concern. It is of great significance to well handle the educational transformation of university students with learning difficulties to achieve students＇ all-round development and common progress not only for higher education and the students themselves, but also for the whole country, society and national development. By analyzing the causes of college students with learning difficulties, combined with the reality of Suqian College students with learning difficulties, this paper proposes the specific principles that should be adhered to and relevant suggestions in order to further improve the student education quality.
