对某高校本科毕业生工作社会表征的分析

An Analysis of the Work of Social Representation from a University's Graduates

以社会表征理论为研究基础,通过对某高校2010届毕业生工作概念表征的调查分析,从主体视角还原毕业生对工作概念的表征建构内容,发现社会环境的转变、中国人的社会取向以及流行价值观在形塑毕业生工作概念的过程中影响较为突出,从而为就业指导工作的有效开展提供新的思路。

In this paper, by using social representation theory, the researcher did a qualitative study on the concept of work of 2010 university graduates. From the subject＇s perspective, representation construction of work concept of these graduates is restored. The results show that some factors exert a prominent influence on the shaping of graduates＇ work concept, for instance, the changes in the social environment, the Chinese people＇s social orientation and popular concept of values. When we knows those important factors which shape the concept of work, we can provide the new ways for graduate employment guidance.
