关于我省高校双语教学实施情况的几点看法

Some Opinions about the Bilingual Education Implementation in Our Province's Colleges and Universities

在对黑龙江省高校双语教学的现状和问题进行综合分析的基础上,针对制约我省双语教学开展的诸多问题,即师资问题、学生能力问题、环境问题、教材问题提出几点解决对策,以期进一步提高我省高校双语教学水平。

By a comprehensive analysis of some striking problems existing in the current bilingual education in Heilongjiang province＇s colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some feasible solutions to those problems which hinders the development of the teaching modes, such as the problem of teacher staff, the ability of students, the teaching atmosphere, the teaching material and so on in order to further improve bilingual education in Heilongjiang province＇s colleges and universities.
