An Approach of Trust in the View of Interpersonal Interaction Risk

风险社会是人类社会走向后工业时代的重要特点,风险从宏观的社会表征逐渐向社会的微观领域渗透,人际交往风险便是交往场域对风险社会的凸显。信任是针对人际交往风险的一种解决办法,信任文化的生成与信任行为的选择之间存在循环上升的相互强化作用,而信任文化的破坏与失信行为的选择之间存在循环下降的彼此弱化作用。

Risk society is the important characteristic of the post-industrial era. With the development of the society, risk is not only being the social representation on macro level, it also influences the micro fields of the society gradually. And interpersonal interaction risk is the salient reflection of the risk society in the interaction fields. Trust is a solution to interpersonal interaction risks. There is spiral rise with interactive reinforcement between the generation of trust culture and the option of trust behavior; and there is spiral decline with interactive lessening between the damage to trust culture and the option of discredit.
