X线摄片与MRI在胫骨平台骨折中的对比分析

目的:探讨X线摄片及MRI在胫骨平台骨折与挫伤中的临床应用价值。方法:胫骨平台骨折及挫伤21例。所有患者均行X线摄片及MRI检查。根据暴力作用的大小和方向不同,将胫骨平台骨折分为6型,分析骨折合并膝关节其他损伤的X线摄片及MRI表现。结果:X线摄片诊断骨折符合率为90.4%,MRI诊断骨折符合率100%;同时,MRI诊断骨挫伤4例,半月板损伤3例,韧带损伤8例,关节面软骨损伤6例,关节囊积液或积血5例。结论:MRI是术前全面综合评估胫骨平台骨折及软组织损伤的有效方法。对骨折、骨挫伤、半月板及韧带损伤的诊断MRI明显优于X线摄片。

Objective：To investigate the X-ray and MRI in tibial plateau fracture and contusion of the clinical applications. Methods： tibial plateau fracture and contusion in 21 eases. All patients underwent X-ray and MRI. According to the size and role of violence in a different direction, will be divided into 6 tibial plateau fracture type, fracture analysis of other damage in the knee X-ray and MRI. Results： X-ray diagnosis of fractures found was 90.4%, MRI diagnosis of fracture was 100%, while the MRI diagnosis of bone contusion in 4 cases, 3 eases of meniscal tear, ligament injury in 8 cases, 6 eases of articular cartilage, joint capsule fluid or blood in 5 cases. Conclusion： MRI is a compre- hensive assessment of the preoperative tibial plateau fractures and soft tissue injury and effective methods. Of fracture, bone contusion, meniscus and ligament injury diagnosis MRI is superior to X-ray.
