大学生入党积极分子是高校党组织的后备力量,这支队伍的素质和规模,直接决定着发展的大学生党员的质量和数量。因此,一定要强化培养教育,增强争夺意识,积极寻求培养途径,并使其制度化,建立齐抓共管的运行机制,形成科学的教育网络。抓住培养教育的结合点,有的放矢,以提高教育的针对性。

The party applicants in universities are the reserve forces of the university party organization, the quality and scale of which directly determines the quality and quantity of the university student party members. Therefore we must reinforce the education and strengthen the awareness of competition, seek new training approaches actively and try to make it institutionalized, establish the mechanism of comprehensive management to form the scientific educational network. We should also grip the bonding points between cultivation and education, and keep a definite objective in mind to heighten the pertinence of education.
