舒适护理对注射诺雷得患者的影响

Comfortable care on patiens injected Nuolei Dei

目的:探讨舒适护理对注射诺雷得患者的影响。方法:将注射诺雷得的患者随机分为实验组和对照组各40例。实验组实施舒适护理,对照组实施常规护理,采用模拟评分法(VAS)评估患者的疼痛程度及记录皮下出血情况。结果:实验组患者疼痛程度较对照组明显减轻,皮下出血程度及发生率较对照组明显减少,两者比较(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论:对注射诺雷得患者实施舒适护理,有利于减轻治疗过程中疼痛程度及预防皮下出血的发生。

Objective：To explore the effect of comfortable care on patiens injected Nuolei De. Method：The patients injected Nuolei De were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group was 40 cases. Experimental group was implemented comfortable care, and control group was complemented routine care. The pain of the patients was assessed with analogue score （VAS） and subcutaneous bleeding of patients was recorded. Restdt：The pain of patients in experimental group reduced obviously comparig with that in control group, and the degree of subcutaneous hemorrhage and incidence rate in experimental group significantly reduced comparing with control group, and copared with both （p〈0.01）, the difference was significant. Conclusion： Implementing comfortable care on patients with injected Nuolei De can reduce the pain during the process of treatment and prevent the occurrence of subcutaneous bleeding.
