摘要
做好员工职业生涯规划,并切实帮助员工落实职业生涯规划,可以提升员工个人的竞争力,进而增强企业的竞争力。现代企业的竞争主要是人力资源的竞争,企业竞争力的高低,关键取决于人力资源竞争力的高低。企业在人力资源方面若能以员工职业生涯规划为中心和出发点,践行"以人为本"的现代企业精神,就可以激发员工各方面显性和隐性的潜能,提高工作效率,降低企业成本,增强企业竞争力。
Improving employee career planning and help them to implement career planning can enhance the competitiveness of individual employees, thus enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. Competition of modem enterprises mainly lles in human resources competition and the competitiveness of enterprises; the key depends on the competitiveness of human resources. If enterprises take career planning as the center and starting point, uphold the "people-oriented" spirit of modem enterprise, they can stimulate employees' explicit and implicit potential, improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance competitiveness.
