摘要
通过田间试验设计研究了不同生根促进剂种类(A)及其浓度(B)对光皮桦扦插生根率及生根数的影响差异,不同木质化程度的插穗(C)及不同插穗长度(D)对光皮桦扦插生根率及生根数的影响差异,不同插穗下切口型(E)及母株不同部位的插穗(F)对光皮桦扦插生根率、生根数及生根长的影响差异。结果表明,采用ABT-1#(A1)800 mg.kg-1(B3)效果最好,扦插苗生根率高且生根数多;选择半木质化的绿枝插穗(C2)及插穗长度采用10.0~12.0 cm(D3)效果最好,扦插苗生根率高且生根数多;插穗下切口型采用斜切(E3)及配合母株中部(F2)所产的插穗对光皮桦扦插生根率、生根数及生根长均有显著差异。
Through field experiment design,influence differences of different kinds of rooting accelerate(factor A),density(factor B),cuttings of different degrees of lignification(factor C) different length of cuttings(factor D) on rooting rate rooting number of Betula luminifera were studied.Influence difference of different undercuts(factor E) different part of cutting of mother plant(F) on survival rate,rooting number length of rooting were studied.Result shows that: using ABT-1#(A1) 800 mg·kg-1(B3) can get the optimal effect,high survival rate many rooting numbers;choosing semilignification green cuttings(C2) cuttage being 10.0~12.0 cm(D3) can obtain the optimal effect,high survival rate many rooting numbers;cuttings formed by oblique undercutting(E3) and middle part of the mother plant(F2)have significant differences on rooting rate,rooting numbers rooting length of Betula luminifera.
