证券编码及相关标准研究初探

Research on the Related Standards of Securities Numbering Systems

随着证券市场的发展,证券产品的品种、数量日益繁多,用以识别证券的证券编码地位也日益重要。文章介绍了国际主要的证券编码,分析了我国证券编码的现状,并对ISIN编码在我国证券市场推广、应用问题进行了思考,提出了相应的解决办法。

With the development of the securities market, the increasing of the types and the number of securities, it is of great theoretical and realistic significance to construct the numbering standards for the identi- fication of the securities. Firstly, the paper gives us a brief introduction of the main securities codes in the world. Then it analyzes the current situation of the main securities code used in China. At last the paper con- siders the popularization and application of the ISIN codes , and gives some suggestions.
