试论农村教育发展与农村“三化”推行

农村、农业、农民这＂三农＂问题是我国现代化建设的根本问题,就现状而言,＂三农＂问题已成为困扰我国经济进一步发展的＂瓶颈＂。为解决这一问题,党的十六大提出了农业产业化、农村城镇化、农村现代化的发展战略。而教育是实现这一战略的关键。本文详细分析了发展农村教育与推进农村＂三化＂的关系,认为大力发展教育才能保证＂三化＂的顺利实现,从而促进农村经济的发展。

The countryside,the agriculture and the farmers are the basic problems of the modernization construction in our country.Now,these questions prevent the development of our country＇s economy.In order to solve the problems,the 16th Party made such development strategies as agriculture industrialization,rural urbanization,rural modernization.And the education is key to them.This paper analies the relations beteween the rural educaiton and these strategies.Developing the rural educaiton is not only the base of the realizaiton of the strategies,but also the core of the development of rural economy.
