摘要
芋头是我国山东省胶东半岛地区的重要出口创汇蔬菜。在问卷调查和入户实地调研的基础上,分别从芋头种植面积及分布、主栽品种、栽培模式、病虫害防治、出口加工等方面对山东芋头的生产和加工现状及存在的主要问题进行了综述。
Taro is one of the most important export vegetables in Shandong province.Based on the questionnaire survey and household investigation,the harvest area and distribution,cultivars,cultivation model,disease and pest control,processing and so on were introduced respectively in this paper.
