摘要
茭白是我国特有的水生蔬菜,茭白鞘叶的开发利用是当前我国茭白产业急需解决的难题。本文主要从茭白鞘叶的主要营养成分,茭白鞘叶的综合利用技术(如作为食用菌栽培基质、农田肥料、动物饲料、工艺品、生活能源、工业原料和生物吸附剂等)以及其应用现状进行综述,目的是为科学合理地利用废弃茭白鞘叶提供技术支撑。
Zizania latifolia is a specific aquatic vegetable in China.At present,development and utilization of discarded stem-sheath and leaves is a key problem urgent to be solved in Z.latifolia industry in China.Main nutrient components,integrated utilization techniques of stem-sheath and leaves of Z.latifolia（as edible fungi cultivation matrix,field fertilization,animal feed,handicrafts,domestic energy,industrial materials and biological absorbents etc.） and their application situation were summarized in the paper,in order to provide technical support for scientific and reasonable utilization.
