温室栽培对茭白生长与叶片光合特性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 将温室内外生长的茭白进行对比,研究了春末夏初温室栽培对茭白生长与茭白叶片光合荧光特性的影响。结果表明,温室栽培提高了茭白的株高、叶数、叶长、叶宽,但降低了茭白的分蘖数;提高了茭白叶片的最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)、非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ),但降低了茭白叶片的PSⅡ实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)、表观电子传递效率(ETR);提高了茭白叶片的胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr),降低了茭白叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)。 The growth and photosynthetic performance of Zizania latifolia Turcz.cultivated in open-field and greenhouse were examined during late spring to early summer.The results indicated that,when plants grown in greenhouse,plant height,leaf number,leaf length and leaf width increased,while the tiller number decreased.The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fv/Fm and NPQ increased,while ΦPSⅡ,qP and ETR decreased.The photosynthetic gas exchange parameters Ci and Tr increased,while Pn and Gs decreased.
