摘要
分别以50,75和100 Gy剂量水平的60Co-γ射线对3叶期的茭白(Zizania latifolia)幼苗进行辐射处理,通过测定其叶绿素含量、光合气体交换指标和叶绿素荧光参数来探讨γ射线辐射对茭白植株光合和荧光生理特性的影响。试验结果表明,75 Gy剂量处理茭白的叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量降低显著;不同剂量的γ射线辐射处理抑制了茭白叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度和蒸腾速率,其中75 Gy剂量处理降低最为显著;同时,各处理叶片的实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)和表观光合电子传递速率(ETR)也降低,总体上表现为处理剂量越大降低越多,而非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)有所升高,最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)变化不大。
The three-leaf stage seedlings of Zizania latifolia were irradiated by 60Co-γ rays of 50,75,and 100 Gy to examine the effects of-γ ray irradiation on chlorophyll content,photosynthetic gas exchange and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters.The results showed that 75 Gy treatment causing significant decreases in chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll contents.The photosynthetic gas exchange parameters Pn,Gs,Ci and Tr were inhibited after irradiation by 60↑Co-γ ray of different dosages,and 75 Gy treatment decreased the most.The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters ΦPSⅡ,qP,ETR were decreased,and NPQ were increased to some extent,but Fv/Fm changed little when the dosage increased.
