摘要
为明确航天诱变对大豆品种(系)及后代光合性状的影响,于2006年秋太空搭载黑农48、黑农44、哈2291-Y大豆品种(系),对航天诱变的各世代材料进行光合速率等性状的跟踪研究。结果表明:航天诱变对大豆的光合性状产生影响,各品种后代的光合速率(Pn),气孔导度(Cond),胞间CO2浓度(Ci),气孔阻力(Rs)有不同程度遗传变异,且正向变异率较高。变异系数在各世代间表现为SP2>SP3>SP4>CK,说明航天诱变可以有效地创造更多高光合速率的后代材料,正确地选择航天诱变的亲本可有效提高航天诱变育种效率。
In order to elucidate the response of the photosynthetic traits of soybean to space mutation,three soybean varieties(lines)of Heinong 48,Heinong 44 and Ha 2291-Y were carried by artificial satellite in 2006 and the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Cond),intercellular CO2concentration(Ci)and stomatal resistance(Rs)from SP1to SP4generation were determined.The results showed that space mutation affected photosynthesis traits of soybean.The photosynthetic rate of soybean varieties by space mutation occurred different levels of genetic variation and the positive mutation rate were higher.Coefficient of variation among generations were SP2SP3SP4CK.Results suggested that space mutation could effectively create soybean materials with higher photosynthetic rate.
