变异型猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒在人工感染猪体内分布情况 被引量:5

摘要 为了解变异型猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒在人工感染猪体内分布规律。把5只35日龄的猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)抗体阴性的仔猪随机分成5组,分别为变异性PRRSV(FJ06A株)人工感染组(3只)、同居感染组(1只)和对照组(1只)。记录各组猪的临床表现,并于攻毒后14 d屠宰,采集每只猪的心、肝、肺、脾、肾、胰、颌下淋巴结、肺门淋巴结、腹股沟淋巴结、肠系膜淋巴结、脑、血液、尿液、扁桃体等组织,用TaqMan荧光定量RT-PCR对各器官组织中PRRSV进行定量检测。结果表明,感染猪的14种器官组织均含有PRRSV,其中颌下淋巴结、肺门淋巴结、扁桃体、脑、肺、心和血液等中PRRSV的含量较高;对照猪的14种器官组织均未检测到PRRSV。研究结果揭示了变异性PRRSV人工感染猪后,病毒在体内不同器官组织中的分布规律。 In order to understand the distribution of highly pathogenic PRRSV in challenged pigs. Quantity and distribution of highly pathogenic PRRSV in different tissues of pigs challenged by highly pathogenic PRRSV were detected by the TaqMan RT-PCR. 5 pigs of 35 days old were selected for this study, which were negative of PRRSV antibody. Among them, 3 pigs were challenged by highly pathogenic PRRSV, one pig was cohabited, and another one was solitary as control. Clinical findings of all the pigs were recorded after challenged. All pigs were slaughtered at the 14th day of challenge and 14 tissue samples were collected. The results showed that all the samples were invaded by the virus, but the virus titers were higher in heart, lung, lymph nodes, tonsils, brain and blood than in other tissues. No positive result was obtained in the samples from the solitary pig. The results revealed the distribution of the highly pathogenic PRRSV in different organs and organization after challenged pigs. This research provided a scientific reference for epidemiology and pathogenesis of the highly pathogenic PRRSV.
