Adaptability of Guangdong Oolong Tea in Fujian

摘要 以黄旦作为对照种,对从广东省引种的白毛2号、鸿雁1号、鸿雁7号、鸿雁9号、鸿雁12号等6个乌龙茶新品种的生育期、芽梢性状、鲜叶产量、制茶品质、抗性等方面进行了6年的引种观察,并利用CID-301PS光合测定系统对这些品种的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度进行了测定。结果表明:黄枝香单枞净光合速率、蒸腾速率高于对照种,抗旱、抗寒性、品质均优于对照种;白毛2号与鸿雁12号1芽3叶长、1芽3叶重、净光合速率大于对照种,抗旱、抗寒性、产量、品质均优于对照种;鸿雁1号产量、品质高于对照种;鸿雁7号1芽3叶长、1芽3叶重、抗寒性、产量、品质高于对照种;鸿雁9号产量高于对照种。经综合鉴定与评价,6个品种各方面表现均较好,较适宜在福建省福安及相似乌龙茶茶区引种。 Six varieties of Guangdong Oolong tea, including Huangzhixiang Dangcong, Bai Mao 2, Hong Yan 1, Hung Yan 7, Hong Yan 9 and Hung Yan 12, were introduced for the experimentation using Huangdan as the control (CK) . The growth period, shoot characteristics, fresh leaf yield, finished tea quality, and resistance to enviromental stresses of the teas were observed. The photosynthesis of the tea leaves was measured using a portable CID-301PS system. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr), resistance to environmental stresses, yield and quality of Huangzhixiang were higher than those of the control, Huangdan. The buds and the 3ra leaves of Bai Mao 2 and Hong Yan 12 were longer and heavier, and the yield and quality higher than those of CK. The quality of Hong Yan 1 was better than CK, while the yield of Hong Yan 9 higher than that of CK. The buds and the 3rd leaves of Hong Yan 7 were longer and heavier, and the cold resistance, quality and yield were higher than those of CK. This study examined the adaptability of the Guangdong Oolong teas for cultivation in Fujian. From the 6 years experimentation, it was found that the 6 varieties fitted well in Fu 'an, and were expected to grow well in other agroclimatically similar areas in the province as well.
