青年教师是教学工作的生力军,是学校发展的希望和未来。本文从徐州生物工程职业技术学校的师资结构入手,简要阐述了青年教师专业成长的重要性和必要性;并分别通过青年教师课堂教学及从事教科研活动的现状,引出他们在专业成长方面的几点途径,期望对学校教育教学质量的提高有一定的指导作用。

Young teachers are the fresh troops of teaching career and the hope of schools.We submitted at the composition of teachers in xuzhou bioengineering technical college,expounding the importance and necessity of young teachers＇ professional development briefly.And from the present situation,we pointed out some ways to help them accomplishing the professional development rapidly.We hope to provide some directions to improve the quality of teaching of schools.
