摘要
向家坝水电站300 m高程混凝土系统4×4.5 m3拌和楼位于承载力较低的松散填方区,对地基承载力和变形控制都要求高。通过强夯结合换填垫层进行地基加固处理,并采用筏板基础形式,使拌和楼地基承载力和地基沉降变形量满足规范和设计要求。经过两年多运行监测表明,拌和楼地基沉降及沉降差异满足设计要求,保证了上部拌和楼的正常运行。简要介绍了其地基处理和基础设计,对深厚回填地基上重载建筑物基础处理方式的选择具有较好的指导意义。
The concrete system mixing plant at 300 m elevation of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station is located at a soft filling foundation,which has low bearing capacity and but a high requirement on foundation capacity and deformation control.The foundation bearing capacity and deformation of mixing plant can meet the standard and design requirement by adopting dynamic compaction integrated with replacement cushion method and raft foundation.After 2 years' operation,the monitoring data indicated that the foundation settlement and settlement difference met the design requirement and the normal operation of mixing plant was guaranteed.The foundation treatment and design were proposed,which had reference value to foundation treatment selection of the heavy-load structure on the deep filling foundation.
