Construction technology of long distance jacking-pipe works passing through Yangtze River levee

顶管施工是一种新的施工方法,无须破坏地表即可完成地下管道敷设工作,在我国得到越来越广泛的应用。为了总结和积累顶管施工的经验,以某石化工程项目的长江取水工程为例,介绍了顶管施工工艺的选择方法、设计考虑因素及计算方法、施工工艺与布置要点,以及施工中遇到不同情况所采取的措施等。该工程施工顺利,施工过程和施工后的监测结果显示,没有发生坍塌和地面沉陷等问题,工程设计与施工方法合理。

The jacking-pipe work is a new kind of construction method,which is widely used in China because the underground pipes laying can be finished without ground failure.In order to summarize and accumulate the experience of pipe-jacking construction,taking a water intake work from Yangtze River of a petrochemical project as an example,we present selection method of pipe-jacking construction technology,considering factors in design and calculation method,construction layout and process,the key points of the construction technology,the treatment measures taken for different conditions in the construction etc.The construction was implemented smoothly and the supervision results showed no collapse or surface settlement occurred in the construction process and after the completion of the works.Therefore,the construction design is reasonable.
