Calculation of compensation fees of construction acceleration of a hydropower station

大型水电站工程施工中,受各种因素的影响,经常发生工期延误问题。以某水电工程为例,针对业主指示赶工这类合同责任界定明晰、赶工时段明确的情况,分析了加速施工引起的补偿费用的项目组成,提出了应用实物量法计算补偿费用,并对占补偿费用份额大、计算比较复杂的人工及机械增加费,采用生产强度法、劳动生产率分析法进行校核,得到了一套行之有效且方法合理、结果相对准确的补偿费用计算方法。

In the construction of large-scale hydropower stations,the construction delay often occurs by the influence of various factors.Aiming at the owner＇s construction acceleration indication which has definite responsibility limitation of the contract and clear acceleration periods,we analyzed the composition of compensation fees caused by construction acceleration and proposed to use material measuring method to calculate the compensation fee.The production intensity method and labor productivity method were adopted to check the additional cost of labor and machines,which has large share of the compensation fee and was complicated in calculation.Therefore,we obtained the effective and reasonable method to calculate the compensation fee with correct results.
