P3软件在施工总进度网络计划技术中的应用

Application of P3 software in general construction schedule network planning technology

针对工程项目管理软件P3(Primavera Project Planner,P3e/c)在应用过程中与国内工程使用习惯不相适应的问题,结合我国水利水电工程施工管理的特点,对P3软件进行了二次开发,并应用于重庆小南海水电站工程施工进度计划的研究中,对其不同工期的完工概率进行分析。应用结果表明,通过编制P3toCAD程序,能够在一张进度表中同时反映几个资源的单独强度柱状图,且得到的资源曲线符合国内水利水电工程的表达习惯。

Aiming at the maladjusted problem of the project management software P3 in its application in the domestic projects,the secondary development of P3 software was conducted according to the characteristics of construction and management of hydropower stations in China.And it was applied in the study of construction schedule plan of Xiaonanhai Hydropower Station in Chongqing to analyze the completing probability in different construction periods.The results showed that the single intensity histogram of several resources could be reflected in one schedule chat through compiling the program of P3toCAD.The obtained resources curves accorded with the expressing ways in China.
