摘要
针对国投钦州电厂一次风机在磨煤机起停过程中出现的失速现象进行了详细的分析,找出了一次风机失速原因,并提出了解决方案。本例一次风机失速原因为停1台磨煤机时,每台一次风机的平均流量小于其失速流量,因此必有1台一次风机失速。
Directing against the stall phenomenon occurred on the primary air fan during start- up and shutdown process of the coal pulverizer in Guotou Qinzhou Power Generation Co Ltd, analysis has been carried out in detail,the causes leading to stall of the primany air fan being found, and the resol- ving scheme being put forward. The cause resulting in said stall of the primany air fan was due to the average flow rate of each primary air fan being smaller than its flow rate during shutdown of one coal pulverizer,hence,it is inevitable to cause ~t^ll cff nn,~ n^i,-. ~ ~..
