某燃气轮发电机组运行中出现了比较严重的不稳定振动,影响了机组的安全运行。对机组振动的测试分析发现振动主要频率为基频,性质为不稳定强迫振动,诊断为动静碰摩引起。检查表明,轴承润滑油泄漏在高温环境下所形成的油碳化物积聚导致转轴碰摩是不稳定振动的原因。清除油碳化物后,振动得以消除。
A comparatively serious unstable vibration has occurred in operation of one gas - turbine driv- en generating unit, affecting safe operation of said unit. Through test and analysis of the vibration, from the basic frequency of main vibration frequencies and the unstable nature of them, it has been di- agnosed as a forced vibration induced from impact - rubbing between movable and statonary parts. In- spection shows that the cause leading to unstable vibration of the rotating shaft is the accumulation of carbides resulted from lubricant oil leakage of the bearing in an environment of high temperature. After removal of said carbides, the vibration has disappeared.
