摘要
提出一种基于不同电流和速度的开关角度多维优化转矩脉动系数的控制策略,实现了开关磁阻电动机最小转矩脉动控制,同时保证系统的最大输出效率和最大输出转矩。建立非线性Simulink驱动模型,分析不同电流和速度下不同开关角对电机转矩特性的影响,进行多维优化最小转矩脉动特性。模拟和实验表明,该多维优化控制策略提高了输出效率,有效地抑制了电机转矩脉动,从而保证了驱动系统良好的动态特性。
The paper proposed a multidimensional optimization strategy of torque performance to achieve both minimum torque-ripple and maximum output efficiency of SRM drive system under constant current and speed.Different effects of switched angles varying with four performance index were analyzed under different current and speed,and then the minimum torque coefficient was defined as a performance index.Simulations and experiments show that the proposed strategy is valid and feasible for lower torque-ripple with maximum output efficiency.
