摘要 针对V型六缸发动机曲轴的加工,采用Pro/E软件设计了一种三维曲轴扭转机,并对其运动进行模拟仿真。该机能将终锻后在同一平面上的曲轴扭转到所需的角度,与模锻成形相比,扭曲成形具有曲轴的补焊率低、材料利用率高、模具易于制造且寿命较高等优点。 In V-shaped six-cylinder engine crankshaft processing, Pro/E was used to design a three-dimensional crankshaft torsional machine. Its movement was simulated. Using it, the forged crankshaft in the same plane can be twisted to the desired angle. Compared with forging, distortion has some advantages, such as lower crankshaft repair rate, higher materials utilization ratio, mould making easily and longer life span.
