摘要
基于不同规格锯片基体的齿部双侧面对称车削的要求,分析在普通车床上完成该工序存在的困难,并以小型立式钻床为基础,研制一种含半自动对刀装置的专门立式双面车床。较详细地分析了主轴部件和半自动对刀装置的结构原理及实现方法。
The difficulties of the different specifications on the tooth saw blade matrix double flank symmetric in the ordinary procedure of lathe were analyzed to its requirements. Based on the small vertical drilling machine, a specialized vertical double-sided lathe contained semi-automatic tool setting apparatus was developed. The structural principle and realization method of the spindle component and semi-automatic tool setting apparatus were analyzed.
