摘要
数控编程是目前CAD/CAPP/CAM系统中最能明显发挥效益的环节之一,它在实现设计加工自动化、提高加工精度和加工品质、缩短产品研制周期等方面发挥着重要作用。介绍基于西门子802D数控系统的DF-049龙门铣床双通道改造的过程与方法,基于Visual C++6.0平台开发出一个操作简单、适用的自动数控编程软件,从而实现龙门铣床双铣刀同时工作的目的。
The numerical control programming is one of links which can most obviously display benefit in the present CAD/ CAPP/CAM system. It has important function in improving the processing precision and quality, realizing design processing automation and reducing the product development cycle. The dual-channel transformation process and method of DF-049 gantry milling machine based on Siemens 802D CNC system were described. A simple and applicable automatic NC programming software was developed based on Visual C + + 6. 0. The synchronous drive of dual-cutter in gantry milling machine is implemented.
